About
With a diverse experience spanning retail, hospitality, military service, government operations, and entrepreneurship, I bring a unique combination of leadership, problem-solving, advocacy, and creative skills to everything I do. My career journey has equipped me with a broad skill set in customer service, administrative management, program coordination, and creative entrepreneurship. In my retail and hospitality roles at Nordstrom and Marriott, I developed strong customer service skills, consistently achieving sales goals and driving customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments. These experiences taught me the importance of advocacy in delivering excellent service—ensuring customers’ needs are met, advocating for their best interests, and exceeding their expectations. Serving in the United States Marine Corps helped me hone discipline, attention to detail, and leadership skills. As an Administrative Clerk, I managed critical administrative functions and advocated for personnel needs within the framework of military regulations. I further refined my ability to navigate complex processes during my tenure at the USDA, where I supported the Deputy Administrator of Packers and Stockyards in agricultural program initiatives, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and advocating for fair practices within the industry. At Semper K9, I served as an advocate for veterans by coordinating life-changing support programs that paired service dogs with veterans in need. This experience strengthened my passion for advocacy, as I saw firsthand how providing the right support could positively impact the lives of those who served our country. As the Founder and Photographer of Elevated Musings Photography, I combine my creative vision with my entrepreneurial spirit, capturing wildlife, nature, and street photography. I’ve advocated for the appreciation of the natural world through my work, promoting environmental awareness and fostering a connection between people and nature. Across all my roles, I’ve built a reputation for delivering results, leading with integrity, and advocating for both individuals and causes I believe in. Whether in customer service, program management, or creative ventures, I approach every challenge with a commitment to excellence and a passion for making a positive difference.
