In my 5+ years of professional journey I have had opportunity to get exposure to various industries like IT, FMCG and currently working in Automotive Industry. I started my career as Project Engineer in Wipro, Bangalore where I worked as Mainframe Developer. After completing 2.10 years , I decided to go for higher education and completed my PGDM in PM&HRD, I had an opportunity to intern in Cavinkare and then was campus placed in Mahindra & Mahindra as Management Trainee HR. Here I have facilitated recruitment, staff and management training programs and employee relations. I aspire to make significant contribution to any company's HR goals through my experience, confidence and drive.
