As a senior team member and the retail administrator for Ste. Anne's Boutique I am responsible for all day to day operations within the retail store. Daily duties include but are not limited to product controls and ordering, vendor relations and communications, researching and sourcing new products with a focus on local and Canadian made items, scheduling and time clock maintenance, receiving and controlling purchase order requests, overseeing and training all employees and maintaining a daily coaching dialogue for improved sales techniques. In the first few weeks of taking on this role I have proven my strengths in sales strategies and marketing displays by increasing sales, even with a lower occupancy basis due to COVID-19. I have successfully undertaken a reorganization and reformatting of the layout and display of the retail area, which has led to a refocusing of sales targeted towards our signature skin care line. I look forward to continuing to grow within Ste. Anne's and within this new role.

As food services administrator I am responsible for supporting the managers of the department's and ensuring the day to day operations of the dining room, kitchen and bakery at Ste. Anne's run efficiently and maintain the highest service standards. Some of these duties include but are not limited to full data set up and entry of inventory controls and all itemized products for the kitchen, daily purchase order processing, time clock maintenance. I am fully trained and able to step into any role within the three departments in order to support the team in necessary situations, some of the positions included in these roles are: server, prep cook, line cook, FOH supervisor, expediter, dishwasher, steward etc. I also assist the director of operations where and when needed in administrative capacity.

“I have chosen this beautiful garden, where I will send many people to be healed.” As part of a team of service professionals dedicated to achieving this goal I manage the day to day operations of the dining room. Duties include: Administrative responsibility such as scheduling, hiring, training and implementation of training programs, inventory, ordering. As well as customer satisfaction, catering to allergy and dietary restrictive needs, maintaining service standards, handling medical and other emergency situations and dispute resolution. I am an active member of the health and safety committee as well as certified First Aid.

As a manager at FAB I have a multitude of responsibilities dealing with the day-to-day running of the pub. These include but are not limited to all aspects of food and beverage service, health and safety, inventory and ordering as well as administrative work. I have had the opportunity to learn and grow with FAB through courses such as the Health and Safety Certification Levels 1&2 and the Prud'homme Beer Mastery and look forward to continuing to increase my knowledge in this industry.
