In November 2016, my wife and I have left our comfortable life in Canada to explore South-East Asia and Europe with our two-years-old son, for an undetermined period. During more than six months, we experienced both the positive and negative impacts of tourism, mass-consumption and globalization on local populations and urban/rural development. We challenged ourselves, opened-up new perspectives, made all kind of experiences, gained open-mindedness and shared our passions.
