Kavana founder Maya Goldenberg, a professional makeup artist and facialist for prestige beauty brands in Canada's leading department stores for 15 years, is no stranger to hormonal imbalance! Suffering from acute PMS cramps, moodiness and migraines, she was motivated to understand hormones, and studied these, along with aromatherapy and the neuroscience of scent, developing her own skincare and aromatherapy, to safely support herself, and other women through monthly and lifetime hormone changes.
