I was leading Debenhams account from development to bulk. Mainly we were doing Schoolwear, Women's sleepwear and kid's wear. At the same time I was developing new business. I managed to bring Oysho brand and establish the business through my personal network. Up to date this account is up and running.

I was handling Debenhams School wear, Sleepwear, Men's and women's bottoms and occasion wear product categories. Engaged in product development and bulk execution. Managed to bring men's bottoms business to Sri Lanka for the first time from Bangladesh and brought Savannah sleepwear range for the first time too. Collection, Rocha, Julian McDonald, Savannah, Ted Baker are brands that I handled at Debenhams.

I was leading the Marc O Polo account and responsible for both development and bulk operations. • Preparation of costings, negotiation and finalize the prices with customers. • Planning, negotiate and finalizing sampling and bulk T&A with customers and factory. • Planning and scheduling customer visits. • Critical correspondence with customers, suppliers and factory. • Closely monitoring and controlling the sourcing and purchasing process with merchandisers. • Forecasting the sales and capacity allocation. • Closely monitoring the entire sampling process from proto to SMS and ensure on time delivery. • Developing, organizing and implementing the strategic business plan.

I was in charge of the bulk merchandising team from 2013 to 2015 and was accountable for bulk purchasing and production of Esprit account. • Bulk order confirmation and release purchase orders via system. • Bulk order planning, developing and closely follow up the critical path of all 3 divisions. • Closely monitoring the entire sample process and ensure on time approvals. • General and critical correspondence with the customer. • Monitoring the purchasing process, counter sourcing, price and delivery negotiation. • Ensure on time update of internal and external systems (ERP/webapps). • Close production follow up with factories and ensure on time deliveries. • Scheduling and make internal arrangements for customer visits. • Scheduling and conducting Pre-production meetings.

I handled bulk orders of two key accounts of Esprit, Zolla and Eland while responsible for Eland product developments. • Developing and closely monitoring the critical path from order placement to ex-factory. • Creating Bill of Material and raising POs via ERP/TOPs system. • Procurement of raw materials for Esprit, Zolla and Eland bulk orders. • Responsible for smooth flow of raw material transfers. • Ensure on time sample submissions and approvals. • Scheduling and conducting Pre-production meetings for Esprit, Zolla and Eland. • Closely monitoring and ensure Plan Cut Dates (PCD) are met regularly for bulk orders. • Daily follow up production updates and deliveries with own factories and sub-contractors. • Sourcing fabrics trims and prepare costing for Eland developments.
