Rajiv Kaul

Rajiv Kaul is the Executive Vice Chairman & CEO of CMS Info Systems. He has led the company's transition from private equity ownership to a 100% publicly owned institution, pivoting the business to a technology-led business services platform. Under his leadership, CMSINFO has created substantial value for both, its private equity (Blackstone and EQT) and public shareholders, delivering 11X revenue growth and 16X PAT growth over 16 years. Prior to CMS, Rajiv was a Private Equity Partner at Actis Capital LLP, London, and held senior leadership roles at Microsoft Corp, rising to become the youngest CEO of Microsoft India at 33. He drove Microsoft India's growth, pioneered subscription-based software business models, and led its expansion across emerging markets. Rajiv is deeply engaged in shaping industry governance, having served on the CII National Committee, NASSCOM Executive Council, and RBI’s currency movement committee. He is currently on the Board of Governors at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and actively mentors start-up founders and is passionate about education-led social impact initiatives.
