Responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of our real estate ventures, ensuring seamless processes, exceptional customer service, and overall business success: • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement effective operational strategies that align with the company's real estate objectives and growth plans. • Process Management: Streamline and enhance operational processes, including CRM development, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, improving the end-to-end customer experience, to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of listing admins, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on local HR regulations, ensuring that all processes adhere to legal and safety standards. • Recruitment and onboarding: Support HR with the recruitment, onboarding and system training. • Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational reports to directors, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting improvements. • KPI: Implement and monitor KPI's across the business & develop and manage performance dashboards. •Website: Create all copy for the company website. • Partners: Nuture our external partnerships including property portals, lead generation and collaborations with influencers.
