Hi, I’m Kat. I am an author, corporate recruiting trainer, and keynote speaker. We may have met online sometime over the last 15+ years via my weekly writing about recruiting and HR. For most of my career, I've been in the world of recruiting learning about what works whether that was teaching teams how to write better job postings , working with HR technology companies on marketing their products or doing the recruitment marketing myself. Now, I run Three Ears Media where I get to teach really smart teams how to improve their recruiting and leadership skills. Then, I get to write and speak on stages about what I learn. My work with corporate recruiting and HR technology companies has opened doors to stages and places I never imagined going.
