Job Description： * Responsible for all the operations and performance on branch company in Shenzhen and Indonesia (Jakarta) including company structure, business development, corporation documentation &legal affairs, people management, etc.. Initiate and maintain massive communication internally &externally. * Managing the trading business between two markets, including develop and maintain all the contacts while focus on product development; responsible for business negotiation and contract finalization. - Develop local supplier connection and resources of direct factories, explore potential products based on the marketing demand, manage and maintain the third party relationship including customer, supplier and some other platforms.

Job Description： * Provide the retail business team with Supply Chain solution on project base. Bridge the IT people with the business people for smooth communication and achieve the integrated goal. * Initiate the project with the whole solution and the action taken proposal aiming on process optimization and the efficiency improvement. * Coordinate the whole project while focus on business process design &feasibility study, communication with IT and different functional teams to ensure the mutual agreement; * Monitoring the project progress including budget control &risk measurement, assist the trial and make sure the final roll out. * Develop the modeling for data analysis. * List some project I lead or support: - Joint Venture Acquisition &Integration between Vanguard and Tesco. - OSA - Category management and Space planning (JDA) - Data Integration &Governance (BI)

Job Description： * Managing &optimizing the inventory &product flow, serves to 3500 US Wal-Mart stores. * Analyzing &monitoring the whole supply chain from upstream to downstream through the analysis of retail sales performance and future sales forecast, Supplier capacity planning, inventory level management, etc. * Develop and utilize System model & Excel tools to forecast future market demand and manage Purchase Orders, align with US budget plan. * Lead &propose the Strategy to US, engage the projects in cross-functional to achieve the corporative financial goal. * Work with multi-national, multi-company &multi-functional team; bridge all the parties through providing training, formulating strategy, and setting up &executing standardized workflow.
