Provided IT support for a large number of small to medium networks. Performed maintenance and repair of servers, networking equipment, workstations, and other devices as well as training for end-users and on-site administrators. Advised and implemented hardware and software upgrades for all computing equipment. Interfaced with vendors of hardware, software, and technical services to assist clients in acquiring, deploying, maintaining, and repairing all portions of business computing network. Worked mostly with MS Windows, specializing in Small Business Server, but also provided support for Macintosh and GNU Linux systems as needed.
