Accept, partition, and prepare cannabis samples for medical/recreational compliant testing for various departments including Residual Solvent/Terpene, Potency, Water Activity, Microbial and Pesticide analysis as well as perform such analyses. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and thorough documentation for laboratory equipment including GC, GC-MS, HPLC, and LC-MS systems complying with regulating bodies. Proficient in analysis on Chemstation, Analyst, and Environmental Data Analysis software. Consult with clients on understanding test results, problem solving their processes, and complying with CRA regulations. Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed. Order and maintain stock of consumables used through various departments. Investigate complaints and document them in a Complaint Tracking Log.
