Designed and performed experiments to investigate cell migration in confined environments, using micropatterns and microfluidic devices. -Developed protocols and carried out studies to investigate the response of cells to substrates of different stiffness. -Established data analysis procedures: wrote MATLAB programs to output relevant migration data from ImageJ analyses, used in my research and collaboration projects.
