Responsible for various product management, development and marketing functions to service corporate and retail clients invested in the company’s smoothed bonus products. This involves regularly liaising and working with numerous stakeholders including Actuarial Finance, Asset Managers, Marketing, I.T. and Administrators. • Accurately calculated transfer values for corporate clients moving between the company’s smoothed bonus products. • Developed peer reviewed and approved for use unit pricing spreadsheet, Bonus Smoothing Reserve tracking methodology, bonus declaration formula modification and technical note for a new product launched. • Owned and managed daily market account unit pricing function carried out by a team of seven individuals. • Created well received PowerPoint presentations for client report backs, quarterly themes and investment roadshows. • Overseen successful testing and reconciliation of bonuses generated by systems for upload onto client accounts. • Planned and managed the timely production of product fact sheets and quarterly investment report for distribution to corporate clients and upload onto company website. • Reduced production time and improved accuracy by automating product fact sheets and some standard report back slides. • Wrote articles for Quarterly Reports including an interview and a discussion on data from a customer monitoring survey. • Successfully trained colleagues for and planned handover of functions to new owners/teams. • Built understanding of and ran with new functions resulting from a departmental restructure and delivered consistently on them. • Supported and advised an admin team on a range of queries such as the treatment of unconventional transactions and correction of errors discovered. • Accurately calculated buildups of client market values, smoothed fund values and refund values for an admin team.

I was part of a team that organised recognitions functions for our business unit which comprised about 60 employees.

Developed a VBA model to create and summarize fund and member level build-ups. Finished the project with about a month to spare.
