I began my career as an ICU nurse, but God led me on a new path—back to my family’s business, where I now serve as a second-generation leader focused on people, purpose, and peace of mind. Today, I serve as the Chief People & Strategy Officer (CPSO) at APS, where my husband and I are stepping into our purpose as part of the next generation—guiding our team through a transformational season rooted in people-first leadership, accountability, and intentional growth.
