Direct the strategy and delivery of corporate new hire onboarding across four global geographies for hundreds of employees annually, including both standard orientation and several specialized cohort-based training programs. Serve as a subject matter expert and key administrator for internal LMS including designing and iterating learning content. Lead a global team of four associates.

Oversee student-level hiring for Wayfair's Technology department across North America including interns, co-ops, and entry-level talent across multiple technical job profiles including software engineer, technical analyst, machine learning scientist, product designer, and IT engineer. Lead a team of three recruiters.

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the programmatic elements of Wayfair's early career talent programs, including the summer internship and twice annual co-op programs, working in close partnership with the campus recruiting team and broader HR stakeholders.

Oversee recruiting and program planning/execution of Wayfair's student co-op program into non-technical roles (~150 hires twice annually). Additionally oversee recruiting for entry-level and intern talent into Wayfair's Merchandising, Retail, Talent, and Finance teams. Lead a team of two to five direct reports in this role.

Focus in recruiting for Data Science & Machine Learning, Economics, and Operations Research disciplines from undergrad and PhD degree programs.
