After an early enterprise career, my calling was partnering with scale-ups and venture-backed companies. I have developed a reputation for taking complex or ambiguous junctures and resolving them with momentum. My sweet spot is where strategy meets execution — I don’t just write the plan, I operationalise it, lead the teams and impart the knowledge.  I'm an experienced corporate and commercial advisor, ensuring businesses are structurally and strategically aligned for investment. I help businesses move from ‘we’re building something great’ to ‘we are investor ready’ by assisting with narrative development and governance uplift, through to systems and operations that innately track investor metrics as well as business performance. I have also led independent, multidisciplinary transaction teams on venture scale buy side and sell side mergers and acquisitions. Industry experience covers SaaS, FinTech, MarTech, WealthTech, HealthTech, Mental Health, Wellness, EdTech and more - primarily fast-growing organisations that need results driven growth, commercial clarity, delivery capability and, ultimately, investor confidence. At my core, I’m a collaborator. I care about people, standards, pace and results - in that order. Businesses grow when people are aligned, supported and engaged and enabled to deliver.
