When we care about what we do and who we do it with, results follow in a big way. I have led a multi state region through acquisition and built a number one market through the pandemic. I’m big on sustaining high performance standards during periods of significant organizational change. My teams do not just sell; we serve, we grow, and we win together. Outside of work, I am a mom to two boys, a role that constantly strengthens my skills in patience, perspective, and perseverance.
