Having made a career move from PR to HR, I have now been working in the recruitment industry for six years, ultimately gaining experience in HR practices, recruitment marketing, social recruiting, sourcing and recruiting at a variety of levels. My current role as Talent Attraction Specialist is to ensure that Atkins is positioned as an employer of choice. I am responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of a talent attraction plan for the UK & Europe which also incorporates a detailed annual social media plan.
