A key member of the leadership team growing turnover with ambitious further growth targets. Working in partnership with the CEO to improve top and bottom-line metrics across the business. A key business partner for VC majority shareholders, investors, board members and third-party finance / service providers providing stability and trust in financial reporting and business strategy. Securing suitable working capital finance for growing business. Driving operational efficiency across the business improving EBIT performance

Leading the finance function of a PE owned, globally recognised luxury fashion brand working closely with the CEO and Creative Director on strategic decision making, while providing sound financial control and business reporting: internally and externally to investors. An extremely hands on role in a small business taking on all aspects of finance but also HR, Legal, IT and any projects/support needed across the business.

Preparation of restructuring options and sale presentation with external advisors leading to successful sale.

Secondment to Property role as part of senior team leading CVA.
