• Negotiate costing with factories to guarantee best pricing and update costing in cogs report and Red Horse/PLM • Work with Director of Merchandising to project bulk garment and fabric buys • Purchase, receive and approve bulk fabric • Conceptualize, create and approval all bulk care labels

• Communicate with factories overseas to ensure prompt sample delivery • Create, update, and send garment POs to factories based on selling and fabric purchases • Update the bill of materials in OCC/PLM when trim changes are made during Production • Approve bulk trims based on choices made by design • Create, approve, and order all care labels • Oversee fittings to make sure garments are meeting quality requirements • Work with production Manager to negotiate costing with factories

• Sent garments to cut based on retail orders and allocated stock • Calculated fabric yields for out-parts like ruffle, pleating, smocking, etc. • Tracking styles throughout the production process (i.e. fitting and passing, marking and grading, cutting, and arrival time in factory)
