 Supervised management company transition for six properties totaling over 1,000 units and managed the processes of establishing new vendor accounts, Yardi start-up administration, overseeing and executing all on-site A/R and A/P procedures, and performing HR duties associated with importing existing employees and adding new employees.  Increased resident retention on severely distressed properties by providing excellent service and cultivating strong relationships with residents.  Improved delinquency portfolio-wide by implementing effective collection methods.  Successfully created and executed new strategies to address and resolve general mischief, criminal activity, and non-payment of rent.
