* Analyze bioburden results from daily solution testing and use LIMS computer software for recording data * Maintain data integrity and the compliance of all company Standard Operating Procedures and Specifications * Perform Thermal Death Time studies on all spore-forming bacteria * Issue investigative reports on out-of-limits and perform enumerations on TNTC results * Follow procedures of proper cGMP and FDA requirements * Preparation and growth testing of media and reagents * Maintain inventory and current supply ordering of all media and reagents * Perform weekly and monthly calibrations of laboratory equipment * Perform SOP audit

* Hold group and private tutoring sessions for undergraduate students enrolled in general chemistry courses * Assist in the set-up, preparation, and clean-up of laboratory exercises for both general and organic chemistry courses, including preparation of solutions used in laboratory exercises * Perform routine inventory of chemical supplies and proper disposal of chemical waste

* Assist in public education programs offered by the aquarium for both children and adults * Create and maintain an exhibit within the public aquarium * Monitor and manipulate water chemistry to achieve proper pH and balance of nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia levels within the exhibit * Contribute to an ongoing research project of Sarasota Bay by aiding in data collection, entry, and analysis * Present preliminary results of research project to staff scientists and board members of the aquarium

* Utilize knowledge of laboratory products, scientific applications, and workflows to recommend combinations of Thermo products to end-users, channel partners, and external sales representatives, providing a complete solution for an application. * Provide a first level of interface for our end-users and our channel partners through high volume inbound sales calls. * Collaborate with team members to maintain/upgrade an existing database of product information, as well as, capture any new information as it becomes available. * Be familiar with channel marketing and list and channel pricing in both the US and Canada. * Understand market position of our products and competitive positioning. * Understand the accessories, consumables and software used with Thermo equipment and how the customer can obtain the related items. * Utilize SFDC for tracking of customer contacts, leads, and quote opportunities. * Understand appropriate handoffs to outside sales, field service and customer service.
