Contracting for Wells Fargo Bank.

Work with Sales and Relationship Mangers to assist in providing new products to customers and certifying them to Firstdata platform specifications. Work closely with product to ensure that VAR/Vendors are one of Firstdata's Certified vendors and if not, then work with our Vendor Relations department to assist in getting them certified to enable them to offer products through Firstdata to the merchant. Work with Wholesale banking on deals over 100MM to insure that we have correct products to offer to the customer. Handle eBay account as primary contact for FDMS to ensure all issues are resolved in an expedited manner.

Responsible for sales of Merchant card services in Northern Nevada region of Norwest Bank Merchant program. Responsible for all Merchant setups from terminals to software solutions. Provided training on Terminal usage. Liaison between Norwest Bank, FirstData Merchant Services and the Merchants. Continually succeed goal set by Norwest Bank by 150%.

Responsible for Managing Office. Liaison between Doctors and Companies which contracted for all drug screening and injury claims. Responsible for negotiating contracts with companies. Setting up programs to ensure that testing was completed to the requirements of Department of Transportation. Responsible for researching and resolving all account issues. Over saw teams for on-site testing. Managed 22 employees.

Responsible for the daily operations of Merchant Sales and Service area for Nevada. Managed sales, customer service and staff functions of the merchant department to be competitive and profitable, meeting the merchants needs. Worked closely with the Marketing department to ensure that we had materials to assist with sales and training of the client and products. Responsible for budget, which included tracking income and expenses. Worked directly with bank staff to support business development efforts and developed effective marketing of products. As appropriate, communicated with Merchant Support, Bankcard Company, ISU and /or vendors to ensure high standards of operational and customer support.

Manage and facilitate implementations for high profile major merchants. Design, develop and recommend Advanced Product Technical Solutions to include electronics processing, POS Systems and software interfaces to prospective and existing merchants. Act as primary technical contact for network and international production issues. Provide Presales support by coordinating and managing meetings to set merchant expectations for Product deliverables. Ensure detailed, accurate requirements are documented for all project deliverables. Support the Sales Force and RM's to ensure timely and accurate resolution of major issues specific to the project during and post implementation.

Managed customer service in five states. Product Manager over conversion of 5500 merchants from the First Interstate Bank in-house processing to a major third party processor. Served as key focal point for product information, liaison between Merchant Sales and third party processors. Responsible for training the sales staff and ensuring customer training was completed to meet the customer's needs, including developing product manuals for the southwest region staff. Identified opportunities and served as a product leader to develop, enhance and modify merchant products. Prepared and communicated procedures, forms contracts and marketing materials, as necessary, to release the product. Assisted Merchant Sales Team and customers with the setup procedures, insured testing and anticipated results were obtained and documented. Coordinated and completed regional product training on all vendors product solutions for Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and California Merchant sales and service staff.
