Many women reach a point in midlife where they begin asking a powerful question: What do I want my next chapter to look like? I’m the Founder of Create What’s Next Coaching, where I work with women who are ready to intentionally design the next phase of their lives. After years spent building careers, supporting families, and showing up for everyone else, many women feel the pull to pause and reflect. They want to reconnect with what matters most and choose what comes next with intention. Through coaching, I help clients gain clarity about the future they want to create and take meaningful steps toward it. Some are navigating career transitions. Others are preparing for retirement or exploring possibilities they’ve postponed for years. What they share is a desire to move forward with purpose rather than simply drift into the next phase of life. My coaching approach blends thoughtful reflection with practical forward momentum. Together we explore purpose, identity, priorities, and possibility so that clients can move from uncertainty to action and begin creating a chapter that feels aligned, energizing, and meaningful. Before launching Create What’s Next Coaching, I spent more than three decades at Thomas Jefferson University, where I served as Associate Chief Marketing Officer and Associate Vice President. During that time, I led strategic marketing and communications initiatives that strengthened brand awareness, reputation, and engagement for a complex academic health system. My work sat at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. I led integrated campaigns, guided market research initiatives, and developed digital engagement strategies that helped position the institution in an increasingly competitive higher education landscape. I partnered closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategy with institutional growth and long-term vision. Today, I bring that same strategic perspective to coaching. Helping individuals step back, see their lives from a new vantage point, and intentionally create what comes next.
