I accumulate more than 10 years’ experience of Sourcing Operations and international logistics in footwear industry. I am familiar with sourcing operations including supply planning, capacity management, order management and order fulfillment. My key focus has been on achieving the best possible level of customer satisfaction by refining and implement Brand processes and tools. Through constantly learning in my career, I acquire strong execution and collaboration skills. My experiences make me very sensitive to information and figures. Moreover, I am a good team player, optimistic, supportive and proactive. Especially, I am strong in communication and negotiation.
