Currently employed as Clinical QI officer in Women's services for 7+ years. Management of Quality Improvement projects at Good Samaritan and Bethesda North hospitals. Leading teams of Administrators, Physicians and Nurses regarding bundle implementation and simulations. Monitor internally and externally reported data and birth records. Under the direction of the physician house officer, providing midwifery care services in triage at Bethesda North hospital during resident's protected time. Prior to QI officer worked as a Certified Nurse-Midwife for a solo practitioner for 8 years. Delivering babies at Mercy Anderson and Bethesda North. Provided in office obstetrical and gynecological services along with inpatient hospital care.
