* Managed transcription services for large pediatric practice (13 physicians). Duties include: * ▪ Interviewing candidates and hiring. * ▪ Training and supervising staff of seven transcriptionists. * ▪ Managing workflow to ensure a 24-hour turnaround. * ▪ Transcribing, proofreading, and editing physicians’ notes. * ▪ Compiling weekly reports of workflow/turnaround.
