Compose and file quarterly tax reports and the Annual Report with the * State of Montana. * Reconcile accounts in multiple regions to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies. * Actualize monthly volumes in Allegro for Devon sales and create revised invoices for vendors. * Review and pay invoices for cashouts, transportation, and other such fees. * Provide accounting information, worksheets, and other support to internal and external customers. * Review and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and Account Receivable accounts.

* Prepare and report Wyoming Severance Taxes, conservation taxes and state royalties to applicable state * agencies for 3 companies encompassing several thousand of wells. * Secure all possible deductions and tax incentives. * Account reconciliation and advise support staff for correct booking.
