It includes customer service contact centers, enterprise fraud & claims, consumer product operations, consumer & business lending, collections & recoveries, Dealer Financial Services, and Customer Experience. • The business has over 30,000 product, service and operations professionals with annual direct expense budget in excess of $2.5B and a strategic investment portfolio of over $300MM.

• Senior Finance Manager for Commercial Real Estate Banking with deposit balances of $20B+, loan balances of $40B+, and total annual revenue of $2.5B (April 2010-December 2011) • Senior Finance Manager for Retail Deposits –with balances in excess of $670B and over $8B of annual Net Interest Margin (October 2008-April 2010) • Senior Finance Manager supporting the eCommerce / ATM Channel which serviced over 27MM active online customers and over 11MM online bill payers (October 2006-October 2008) • Senior Finance Manager for consolidated financial reporting and analysis of Global Wealth & Investment Management Division, which generated over $7 billion in annual revenues (January 2005-October 2006) • Finance Manager for Private Bank Products planning and budgeting process which contributed over $1.3 billion in revenue and $250 million in direct expenses
