I work with leaders and their organisations to develop capability, integrate teams and achieve results. I have a deep working knowledge of procurement, supply and operations and add to this a breadth of leadership and management expertise. This enables me to support organisations in building both technical and soft skills capability. Consultant I design tailored development programmes to enable organisations to achieve strategic goals more quickly. I work closely with clients to explore their context and needs before recommending an approach which can include training workshops and coaching, delivered virtually and face-to-face. Trainer and facilitator I deliver the majority of the programmes I design, enabling me to identify and address challenges on the ground. Events are interactive, thought-provoking and fun and aim for people to discover new ways of working that will immediately improve their confidence and performance at work. Coach I am a certified coach and have supported over a hundred clients as part of category management and leadership programmes. I coach individuals to help them achieve their goals, and also train leaders and managers in how to use coaching, alongside mentoring, to release the true potential of their teams. DiSC I am certified in the use of DiSC Personality Profiles and this has supported work with individuals and groups at a range of organisations. Language and Culture I speak fluent French, German and Spanish, as well as a smattering of other languages picked up on my travels. Where appropriate, I bring my knowledge of other cultures to bear on my work, aiming to promote better communication and to bring people together through an appreciation of cultural differences. Short Bio For 15 years I worked for Nissan Manufacturing UK and Reckitt Benckiser in operational procurement roles. I was responsible, at different times, for direct, indirect and co-packing spend, and for managing the performance of diverse global and European suppliers. I also spent two years developing procurement capability around the globe as part of Reckitt’s transformation programme. In 2004 I moved into consultancy and have supported blue-chip and SME clients across a broad range of sectors. These include Rolls-Royce, HSBC, Novo Nordisk, Antalis, Co-op, Britvic, Henkel, Lundbeck, TTS, Diageo, KalTire, UK Trade and Investment, Carlsberg, Tribe Communications, Department for International Trade (DIT) and Transport for London (TFL).
