Hypatia is a network for women in STEM at the Norwegian university of natural science and technology (NTNU). As a member of the project team, I have a central role in developing and organizing initiatives that promote cohesion and support among women in the network. The role also involves establishing contact with role models from the business community and ensuring that they are meaningfully involved in the network. Together with the other project participants, I am responsible for coordinating events that contribute to building a strong and supportive community among the women in Hypatia. This can include everything from social gatherings and networking activities to more professional events such as workshops, seminars, and lectures.

During my internship, I was actively involved in various life-cycle information management activities. My primary duty was to refine and update the emergency response guidelines and work instructions, an essential process dedicated to improving both performance and safety for Norske Shell's assets.

As a summer intern, I gained valuable experience working with GIS for hydrocarbon seal evaluation and Petrel for seismic interpretation in a project within offshore wind power for Utsira. Through my involvement, I was able to contribute to the development of the project and provide insights into geological data analysis. My experience in these tools has allowed me to become a valuable member of the team, and I look forward to applying these skills in future projects within the energy industry.
