* Operated a printing press to print envelopes, letterhead, brochures, etc. * Fabricated plates for printing press. * Bound documents by operating folders, cutters, and trimmers.

* Provided excellent customer service advising customers on engineering and other course materials. * Resolved customer issues and concerns. * Worked independently on variety of tasks in fast-paced environment, including shipping and receiving packages, running register, and setting up and breaking down for events.

* Researched archived documents to prepare management for conducting independent technical reviews, technological readiness assessments, and evaluation of waste processing activities. * Updated a system used to organize and allow easy access to archived documents and memo reports.

* Assist in the design of various Radomes and Radome accessories. * Using SolidWorks, update drawings to offer digital versions and to reflect minor changes. * Work in a team of experienced engineers with the constant goal of product and process improvement. * Release drawings to the manufacturing floor and work in collaboration to minimize issues.

* Design rubber vibration isolators for use in industrial and defense markets using analysis, Creo Parametric modeling, a proprietary linear spring-dashpot solver, finite element analysis, and testing. * Manage various projects in an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified environment. Product introduction includes design, prototype manufacture, test, and qualification. * Communicate with customer to define project requirements and expectations. * Write test plans and procedures to ensure parts comply with customer specifications and perform properly in required environments. Test equipment includes Instrons, shaker tables, and drop stands. * Initiate drafting requests and engineering change orders to generate and update drawings. Drawing notes are specified in collaboration with quality assurance and manufacturing to define part production, product performance, quality control, and ensure specification compliance.
