The project Deliverable was the implementation of an Enterprise wide Standard Operating Environment (SOE). A Statement of Work, for SOE contents, was developed. Stakeholders were identified and managed from inception to completion of the project. A scope statement was developed, as well as the WBS and the schedule management plan. CMM Level 5 quality standards were used for all phases of the project. Facilitated monthly team meetings as well as quarterly stakeholders meetings.
