Create and teach curriculum for one-credit on-line career development class. Recruit and train additional instructors to teach the curriculum. Coordinate resume reviews, networking, and mock and informational interviewing opportunities. Determine theme and learning objectives for two annual Alumni Career Days. Create and disseminate promotional material to alumni and corporate partners. Match expertise of participants to 18 career panels. Develop afternoon skill development sessions to further teach professional skills. Provide information to Dean and Associate Dean of Development to assist in fundraising and development efforts. Foster relationships with new and existing companies to assist in recruitment efforts. Meet with corporate partners to determine skill sets needed for workforce and create means to incorporate these skills into career development efforts. Created Interesting Intersections, to teach students about the jobs that are being created at the intersection of unique disciplines. Work across university and colleges to create programs. Meet with students on individual and group basis to assist them in their career exploration and development processes. Represent College of Business at career and welcome day events.

Created and delivered on-boarding program for faculty and staff, stressing importance of University mission and vision. Met with department heads to determine training needs and skills gaps in area, and generated and/or created training to meet stated needs. Created and administered on-line harassment prevention training program. Oversaw recognition awards and celebratory events for faculty and staff. Initiated and implemented wellness program in conjunction with the State of Rhode Island.

Oversaw four Career Advisors. Facilitated Reality 101, program designed to assist students successfully transition from college to the real world. Volunteered as co-Director for Orientation, including training orientation staff and running Parents' Sessions during summer months.
