Kathleen Cowick is retired and travelling with her Husband. Currently on an extended trip through Mexico and Central America. Formerly a Partner with the Calgary office of Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP (formerly Macleod Dixon LLP). Kathleen Cowick focused on corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations of both private and public companies. She also assisted clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure and general corporate matters. Ms. Cowick also practiced with the Norton Rose special situations team, which encompasses Canada’s leading shareholder activist mandates, defence mandates and other strategic initiatives.
