Managed and maintained Trusted Data Manager (TDM), with the ultimate objective of generating a golden well header record, for multiple source systems. • Involved in the TDM integration of well headers, from multiple internal source systems, to include user acceptance testing and data validation. • Interacted and communicated with the various business units to ensure their data was captured, to TDM, correctly and thoroughly. • Worked closely with EIQ/Quorum, contractors and/or IT when implementing additions or changes to TDM. • Actively worked data quality reports, to ultimately reduce data errors and issues, in TDM, and/or source system(s). • Identified and reported data quality issues, not captured in the data quality reports, in TDM and/or source system(s) and worked with appropriate person(s) to determine a resolution. • Continued to lead and mentor the data team, as necessary.

Lead and mentored a team of 4 data analysts. • Vastly involved in the initial implementation of TDM, which integrated only IHS and GeoGraphix, to include well header, directional surveys, LAS and raster logs. • Facilitated and coordinated meetings concerning GeoGraphix to TDM integration. • Involved in the implementation and training of the geoscience workflow for updating current drilling wells, in GeoGraphix, to include well header, directional surveys and LAS logs. • Provided input in terms of personnel performance reviews, salary increases and bonuses. • Provided the team with one-on-one TDM and GeoGraphix training, as necessary.

Supported primarily geoscience, engineering and land, with managing and maintaining multiple Geographix projects. • Scheduled and performed regular database updates, to include importing of well header data, production data, well tops, directional surveys, LAS log curves, log rasters, core data, perforations, aerial photography, topographic maps, land grids and shape files. • Worked to create and maintain data standards, to include well tops, LAS curve mnemonics and formation names. • Generated presentation quality maps for various meetings and conferences. • Assisted Geo-technicians and Geoscientists with informal software training.
