Provision of administrative support to the Cash Management Services (CMS) team. Inputting and maintaining customer information for all European Branches. Preparing customer information on CMS products for all European Branches. Dealing with customer fee collection and general queries General department administration including; screening incoming correspondence both via phone and mail, general office management duties, mail shots, stationary orders and filing. Providing support on ad-hoc projects for CMS. Building up excellent relationships with colleagues in other branches and departments. Booking meeting rooms, travel and accommodation for Managers and various other members of staff within CMS.

Dealing with all incoming telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, general office duties, mail shots, stationary orders and filing. Building up excellent relationships with Clients and members of the Media. Meeting and greeting all Clients and members of the Media Data entry of all advertising bookings onto the Adserve System. Provision of personal assistant tasks including; the booking and confirmation of meetings, travel and accommodation for the Managing Director and various other members of staff. Placing adverts for clients on the website and ensuring payment has been received.
