Taught French Immersion-style classes to students grades fourth through sixth, incorporating world culture, movement, and song as an integral part of the classroom experience.Familiarization with the International Baccalaureate Program.

Created and implemented a curriculum for a wide range of students, first grade through middle school that incorporated song, movement, and culture in the acquisition of French as a second language.

I am the founder and director of a small, non-traditional, local French school for young children whose goal is to make bilingual French education available for all children in the Greater Charleston Area. Our mission is to linguistically and culturally educate children in an area that has regionally lost prominence in many local schools. In this capacity, I work closely with other organizations in our city to ensure the success of our school. I have also used my own training and experience to empower our teachers to fulfill our mission. I handle all of the operations of our school, including research and planning, curriculum development, teacher and student recruitment, public relations, and budget.

Taught undergraduate French language courses to a diverse group of students interested in expanding their awareness in language and world cultures.

I monitored French press releases to assure consistencies with the English print material. I monitored all text publications on the website and followed research in various departments, notably the Africa Division.

I teach French Language Courses and Introduction to African Studies to undergraduate students at the College of Charleston.

Developed an awareness for the business of a large yoga wellness studio, including teacher trainings, management, and a yogic lifestyle.
