Origination of investment product directly from principals and agents within target markets. Products included on and off market opportunities within Ireland, UK (London and regional cities), Brussels, France (Paris and regional cities) and Sweden (Stockholm). This included financial and structural analyses of product to determine return potential. Transaction Management included strong knowledge of target property markets including understanding of financial, lending, legal and tax structuring of target product (corporate and asset deals). Strong understanding of development, forward funding, forward commitment and dry asset deals. Portfolio Management included asset management of BOIPB portfolio until September 2005 which was then valued at €1.0 billion. Responsibilities included pro-active asset management of properties including securing and negotiating new tenants, renewing leases and rent reviews. This also included collection of base rental income and rental guarantees including service charges, real estate taxes, and operating and non-operating expenses.
