Job Responsibilities: - Process requests and place orders, liaising with suppliers (online, offline) regarding payments, production, technical specifications, deliveries, complaints etc. - Supervise the work of assistant. - Prepare supplier budgets and manage pricing (standard, special, and promotional offers). - Collaborate with logistics and customs departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Optimise and automate business processes. - Develop bonus programmes to increase brand turnover. - Conduct seminars and presentations for sales channels. - Prepare and sign contracts with suppliers. - Analyse warehouse stock, profitability, and margin indicators. - Propose adjustments to the warehouse product programme. - Develop training materials for sales channels. - Report on brand development and performance etc.

Job responsibilities: - Advising sales managers. - Placing and tracking orders. - Reviewing and managing documentation. - Coordinating with the factory on technical issues, payments, and order status. - Preparing price lists. - Resolving claims and customer issues.
