I managed two small projects on a freelance basis - combining project and operations management responsibilities. In the first project, I coordinated the launch of an internal service:gathered requirements from the clients, structured tasks in internal task management took, aligned timelines with UX&UI and engineering teams + managed communication with stakeholders through to release. In the second project, I focused more on operations support: setting up collaboration processes between the team and the client, onboarding team members (CV, certificate review), tracking time and budget with senior PMP + preparing regular status updates and monthly reports. Both projects were delivered on time and within the agreed scope and budget.
