• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with UK training and educational providers as well as key individual speakers and consultants, initiating and seeing ideas through to implementation; • Key liaison with UK, European and International clients; representing the company during meetings and negotiations and overseeing projects to ensure efficiencies and high quality; • Delivered short and long-term programmes within Healthcare and Education sectors both in the UK and overseas; • Coordinated complex training schedules across 10 hospital locations in six NHS trusts simultaneously; • Changed main business direction through implementing a successful product strategy, which further strengthened the reputation and credibility of the company. • Achieved eight times revenue growth since commencing role.

• Gained hands on business experience by managing a portfolio of high value customers; • Supported delegates overseas during the various programmes by providing coordination, interpreting and networking assistance. • Responsible for all aspects of client sales management including profiling, promoting, selling, cross-selling and prospecting; as well as contributing to the overall development of the business. • Looked after a variety of accounts including: hospitals, medical holdings, pharmaceutical companies, universities, and healthcare and education departments whilst overseeing all aspects of the sales management process.
