BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE Katerina Kamar grew up in a real estate household. Both of her parents are real estate investors, which inspired her to focus on a commercial real estate career. To further build her knowledge in the industry, she received her BS in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California (USC). She graduated Cum Laude with the Dean’s Senior Merit Award and Price School Departmental Honors in May 2020. While at USC she had many classes that helped broaden her real estate knowledge such as Real Estate Development Fundamentals, Real Estate Finance and Investment, and Real Estate Market Analysis. While at USC she interned with NAI Capital Commercial in the South Bay branch, where she gained invaluable experience, working with a top-producing broker. With a lifetime of industry knowledge from growing up in a real estate household coupled with a focused education from a University top 10 in the USA for public policy, Katerina has assisted her clients in all of their real estate needs, be it landlord and tenant rep leasing and subleasing, as well as representing sellers and buyers in both owner-user and investment sales.
