Katerina Gjika

At Roditis Eurorepar Service, I work at the reception, assisting customers both in person and over the phone. My role includes scheduling service appointments and creating basic work orders through the ACT system. I also support the invoicing process and help with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the service department. I focus on providing clear communication and ensuring a smooth experience for customers and the workshop team.

During my internship at ERT, I contributed to the production of Studio 4 (Στούντιο 4), editing short video segments that brought each topic to life and helped shape the visual rhythm of the show. I also supported the control room team during live broadcasts, managing Skype connections and ensuring smooth on-air flow. For Nyhta Stasou (Νύχτα Στάσου), I worked as an assistant producer, taking part in the coordination and execution of production tasks — an experience that strengthened my passion for storytelling and the creative process behind the screen.
