Our expertise spans Digital Government, Business Process Automation, Information Security, Digital Transformation, e-Health, and Industrial Automation. In 2023, IKH advanced its strategic footprint by co-founding Blend Technologies, a company focused exclusively on Industry 4.0 technologies. The same year, IKH spun off its successful e-Health unit into iKnowHealth, building on its strong track record and market share in the Greek health tech sector. Most recently IKH completed the spin-off of its Robotics division into Scrufy, a deep tech company specializing in utility robotics. iKnowHow is an SME operating in IT sector since 2002 with offices in Athens, Greece. I was the second employee hired and was instrumental in growing the company from 4 employees and 100k € in revenue to 190 employees generating revenue in excess of 21m €. Major accomplishments: • Responsible for all financial, legal, HR and administrative functions of the company • Building and maintaining banking and audit relationships. • Developed detailed financial sheets for controlling project implementation. • Led two successful acquisitions. My main responsibilities at iKnowHow are: • Directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization • Management reporting (budget & actual implementation) • Cash flow control • Control the internal procurement procedure • Income & payment control • Ensure that internal admin, HR & procurement procedures are followed • Ensure credibility of Financial Statements through timely and accurate certified audits • Development and monitoring policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues

Scrufy PC was established in 2021 as a spin-out company of IKnowHow SA with the sole purpose to commercially exploit the BlueBOT innovation. BlueBOT is the only self-navigating grooming system that is used for biofouling inspection and grooming of ship hulls. BlueBOT tackles two enormous environmental issues at the same time: a) large scale GHG emissions reduction in the maritime sector, while generating financial benefits for the ship management companies and b) protect biodiversity from Alien Invasive Species by eliminate biofouling as an effective factor.
