Load Bearing/Protection: Packs/Bags/Luggage/Pouches/Plate Carriers/Belts • Manage development timelines according to salesman sample and production target delivery • Develop product from design concept through production according to corporate initiatives • Collaborate with designers to nominate suitable fabric, trim, construction and pattern details • Pattern and sew early design concept mock ups to review conceptual feasibility and functionality • Create, update and maintain techpacks including BOM, illustrations, specs, and construction • Comment on and approve development and production samples for accuracy and functionality • Fit, size and grade product as needed • Develop fabric, trim, embellishment, and packaging according to product requirements • Work with the color team to review and approve lab dips • Review costing and engineer product according to target pricing • Propose and implement cost savings initiatives for new and perpetual products • Participate in product development meetings with end users • Develop product according to industry standards (Berry Amendment, CE and EN)

Men’s and Women’s Uniform & Special Make Up Tops and Bottoms • Create BOMs and maintain techpack accuracy through-out development process • Organize digital and physical records of styles, fabrics and trims for ISO compliance • Review development samples in collaboration with the designer, developer and tech designer • Develop and test new fabric, trim, embellishment and packaging • Assist developer to certify product to industry standards (ASTM, ANSI, NFPA, Customs Regulations)

• Manage color processes and projects • Work closely with the design team to present color forecasts and seasonal color palettes • Review and approve fabric and trim color submits for all product categories • Work closely with Product Development and Design to develop trim, embellishment, and packaging for inline and special make up styles

-Sew components of packs/bags for medical kits -Trim loose threads after sewing stages -Help assess quality of sewn products
