o Foster relationships through communication and support to retailers, district managers, field staff, and internal team members o Consult and guide retailers on all Consumer Marketing plans and programs, including local opportunities to ensure a fully integrated plan o Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to execute new store ramp up strategies, including Grand Openings and Grand Re-openings o Train and advise retailers on the functionality of Ace Brand Place in order to localize their store within their market o Develop and execute group advertising plans in key markets utilizing Matching Funds and Group Co-op dollars o Produce customize creative for individual and multi-store retailers

o Process transactions for all checking, savings, and mortgage accounts o Assist the Head Teller and VP of Deposit Services with various daily tasks o Process DuPage County Real Estate Taxes o Assist in training new employees for the department o Assist Officers in nightly closing of Deposit Services Teller Department o Timely completion of various clerical responsibilities within the department o Create positive customer banking experience

o Plan event for Grand Re-opening of bank o Work with various vendors to plan community events o Assist in rebranding of Lisle Savings Bank o Monitor various events in the community to plan dates accordingly o Connect with local vendors and sponsors to promote events

o Foster relationships with various corporate departments and field staff o Create Field Convention Guide for trade shows o Assist on the creation of Salesforce.com o Plan meetings and events for corporate staff and field staff o Work with the New Business team to attain new client relationships
