With a strong background in hospitality, tourism, and distilling, I thrive on connecting people and crafting memorable experiences. As a professional company director and accountant, I bring extensive business experience, particularly in the Hospitality, Hotel, and Distillery industries, always with a focus on profitability, good company culture and enhancing the visitor experience. In 2016, I founded Sin Gin Distillery, a vibrant gin distillery in the Swan Valley, dedicated to helping people enjoy Good Times with Great Gin. Before Sin Gin, I spent 15 years as a hotel owner in Perth, where I collaborated with industry associations, government bodies, universities, and technical colleges to create and expand work-experience training programs. These programs at The Murray Hotel helped hundreds of individuals overcome barriers to employment—providing them with skills, confidence, and community. As a board member for Not-for-Profit organisations, I work closely with Chairs and Boards on business strategy, corporate governance, and risk management to drive growth and sustainability.

Sin GIn Distillery has created the Seven Deadly Sin Series of Gins plus Perth Pink and Original Sin. Sin Gin has a great range of gin giftware and tasting boxes. In 2022 the Sloe Gin won Champion Liqueur and we have since created a Gincello range of Lemon, Coffee and Rosella gin liqueurs.
