Order entry and order management for UK Public sector Higher Education Sales Team

Order entry for assigned Business Partners (checking on order, advice on supply constraints, recommendations for alternative products, order entry into SAP, End to End order management which included contacting Sales, IBM in country, scheduling, supply, manufacturing, distribution and/or finance). Feedback on order status, communicating the order progress or order issues and, if needed, assisted with claims or post-sales enquiries.

* Managed the correct implementation of the Human Resources procedures with respect to employment contracts and termination of existing contracts, managed the employees’ files. * Appointed as the Contact Person for the Accounting and the Financial Control Departments (monthly personnel cost analysis, provisions status, redundancy cost analysis). * Acted as the Contact Person for the expatriates (benefits information, monthly salary reports, and answering enquiries, arranging expatriates work and residence permits).

* Organising job interviews, preparing contracts of employment and following contract’s termination procedures, formulating and/or improving HR management policies for compliance with Polish labour law/work relations). * Collecting HR data from the Main Office and local branches, HR database maintenance and data submission for Polish Social Security Office.

* HR Business Architecture & Technology (HR BAT) * Lead & supported global technology and process related projects in accordance to the project management methodology. Completed projects: implementation of HR advanced analytics infrastructure, data conversion and operational reporting for cloud-based HCM solution, implementation of multiple cloud-based HR SaaS solutions (Saba, Taleo onboarding); re-design & implementation of the analytics support model. * Managed the delivery of HR Tactical Programs with annual technology budget of $1.5M. * Co-led the initiative to establish project management standards and governance for the global HR Services including centralised location to gather data for HR projects and HR initiatives. * Managed a transition of manual legacy reports for HR TMS to the HR People Insights self-service solution. * Delivered administrative and operational support to HR BAT Executive Director.
